Physical examinations before GP referral to EMH services
Authors
Abstract
Basic physical examinations and blood tests can be usefully done in primary care before referral to elderly mental health (EMH) services. In this audit, Dr Smith investigated whether such tests were being done routinely before and after a reminder letter was sent to all GP surgeries in the local area.
